Thank you for shopping with Tyohaare. We are committed to delivering your festival essentials across India quickly, safely, and in time to celebrate.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). During major festival periods (Raksha Bandhan, Janmashtami, Diwali), processing may take slightly longer due to high volumes. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote/rural pin codes: 6–10 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, festival rush, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may carry a small additional handling fee, shown at checkout where applicable.

Pan-India Delivery & COD

We deliver across India. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes and order values (limits shown at checkout). We reserve the right to verify COD orders by phone/SMS before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your doorstep.

Delays, Wrong Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete. Tyohaare is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a courier attempts delivery and it fails (customer unavailable, refused, or unreachable), the parcel may be returned to us; re-shipping charges may apply.

Festival Deadlines

For festival-dated items (e.g., Rakhi), we recommend ordering early. While we prioritise timely dispatch, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific festival date given courier dependencies.
