Refund policy
We want you to love your Tyohaare purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and the nature of festival products, the following cannot be returned or refunded (except if damaged or defective on arrival):
- Personalised or customised items (custom rakhis, name/photo products)
- Edible items, sweets, and food hampers
- Pooja items and religious articles that have been used
- Clearance / final-sale items
- Products without original packaging or tags
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video (an unboxing video is strongly recommended). We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Email [support@tyohaare.com] with your order number, the item(s), and the reason. Our team will share the next steps and pickup/return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer to details you provide. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size/variant is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return per the terms above.
