1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver Pan India — across all states and union territories of India. We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, and BlueDart to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Shipping Charges

3. Delivery Timelines

4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- During peak festival seasons (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan), processing may take 1–2 additional days
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email with your tracking number and courier partner details
- A WhatsApp notification with tracking link (if mobile number provided)
- You can also track your order at tyohaare.com using your order ID
6. Packaging
All Tyohaare products are carefully packed in our signature gift boxes with protective cushioning. Festival kits and gift hampers come in premium packaging suitable for direct gifting.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails:
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us
- We will contact you to re-ship (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
