1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most products. Returns must be initiated by contacting us at sales@tyohaare.com or via WhatsApp within this period.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Damaged product: Item arrived broken, crushed, or physically damaged
- Wrong item delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered
- Defective product: Manufacturing defect affecting the product’s use or appearance
- Missing items: Items are missing from a kit or combo pack
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Perishable items such as sweets, dry fruits, and food hampers
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Customised or personalised products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance or final-sale events
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email sales@tyohaare.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos/video of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup from your address
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
5. Refund Process
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 5–7 business days. Please share bank details when initiating the return
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for damaged or wrong items delivered. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or product, the price difference (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible and the return process applies.
